Sand Dollars

After the third day at Seaside, we hadn't found any whole Sand Dollars. Some locals told us where to go. We woke up early for the low tide and after about a mile of walking...

Naomi found the first whole sand dollar.

Then everyone started finding them.

Ashley was so excited to find some whole sand dollars.

What a haul!

Despite the girls faces, they really did have fun finding all those sand dollars.

Tillamook Ice Cream

We ate some yummy Tillamook Ice Cream. Hannah got Cotton Candy flavor, Rachel Bubblegum, and Naomi Chocolate. It sure was yummy.

It was a yummy treat after riding the Surrey all over the town.

Seaside Aquarium

We visited the Seaside Aquarium. We fed the seals, saw some fish, played in the touch tanks, and made some colorful artwork. 

Here fishy, fishy.

These are the best fed seals in the whole world.

Naomi liked to watch me throw them. She didn't want to touch the  fish.

The girls had fun in the touch tank. (This was before we went to the tide pools.)

Naomi was brave and touched some sea life, too.

They made some rubbing pictures with crayons and templates.
