Rachel's 10th Birthday

For Rachel's 10th birthday we went to the Seattle Pacific Science Center and played in the butterfly room. Then we played at the Seattle Center playground and went out to dinner at Olive Garden. Rachel had her friend Malu over for Cake and fun on Monday with no school. On Tuesday after school on her real birthday we had dinner and presents and then went to the Funtastic Playtorium. Happy Birthday Rachel!

California Academy of Sciences

On our visit to Grandma and Grandpa's we went to the California Academy of Sciences in Golden Gate Park.There was a butterfly room, an aquarium, an earthquake simulator, a planetarium, a living room, a minerals room (Rachel's favorite), and a penguin feeding. It was a great place to bring the kids.

The girls loved the butterfly atrium.  Naomi really wanted to catch a butterfly. She got angry because no butterfly would come play with her.
