Santa Monica Pier

We enjoyed the Santa Monica Pier. Lots of fun riding the rides together. Naomi was tall enough to go on the roller coaster. It was a beautiful day in a beautiful place.

We went and had the famous Godmother Sandwich at Bay Cities Italian Deli & Bakery in Santa Monica. The kids had their yummy pasta.

Los Angeles and Santa Monica Pier

Hannah and I took an unexpected trip to Los Angeles. The family woke up reeel early in the morning to drop us off at the airport. We landed in Long Beach and then headed or some yummy grub and to the Santa Monica Pier.

On the airplane

We headed to Bay Cities Italian Deli & Bakery near Long Beach

Hannah got some delicious spaghetti and meatballs. She was wearing most of it by the end of the meal, taking her eating cues from Baby Joseph

The Godmother sandwich. One of the best ones in LA. It was yummy.

Santa Monica Pier behind us. We got an all ride bracelet to do all the rides as many times as we wanted.

 We had a great time on the bumper cars too. We did them about 5 times. Hannah put me in the wall a few times.

We watched a guy fishing off the pier catch three yellow tail fish in like 10 minutes. 

We parked on the street. Coming back to the car, I looked up and saw D'Andre Jordan, the 7 foot center for the LA Clippers basketball team eating tacos. I waved and he gave me the salute and "hey" head nod. Oh yeah!
