Issaquah Splash Day

Daddy, Rachel and Naomi went to the Issaquah Splash Day on the community center green. Rachel pulled Naomi in the wagon the whole way!

There were little pools to splash in.

The girls played musical chairs, but with buckets of water.

Rachel ran around in the sprinklers.

They had bubbles to play with.

And little water slides

You can see the line for the big water slide in the background. Too long! 

They went fishing for a prize.

There were funny sprinklers to play with.

Naomi got nailed by the sprinkler!

There were yummy snow cones.

Right after I took this picture, Naomi dropped hers and said "Dang it!"
Just like her mommy would say.

Then the fire truck came.

And sprayed everybody!

We missed Hannah, she was in California playing with Grandma Cheryl and cousin Emma.

We sure love Issaquah, it has so many great activities for our family to enjoy.

Issaquah's National Night Out

Issaquah's Police Station hosted National Night Out. We could meet policemen, firemen, Forest Rangers, and Rescue men and see what they use to do their job. They even provided a yummy hot dog dinner. It sure was fun.

This is the boat they use to rescue people on the rivers.

Naomi loved the boat, she didn't want to get out. She wanted to go for a ride.

Here we are eating our hot dogs, chips, and cookies in the shade.

The firetruck sprayed the children. Naomi wanted to run around in her diaper. (bottom left corner)

Rachel found some friends and had a great time.

All wet, time to go home. We left too early because the police helicopter landed on the baseball field 5 minutes after we left.
