Bainbridge Island Ferry

We took the Bainbridge Island ferry on our way home from Sequim. While we were waiting in line to drive on the ferry we let the girls watch a show in the car. When the cars started to drive onto the ferry....our battery was dead and the car wouldn't start. We were stuck and blocked the line. Luckily the good state workers at the ferry had a jumper and got us moving again and onto the ferry.

I should have taken a picture of Ashley when the car didn't start.
Leaving the dock

It sure was breezy in the front of the ship.

Naomi loved being on the ferry. She sure was excited.

What a view!

It was a fun ferry ride and a fun way to end the adventure to Sequim.

Olympic Game Farm

After the Lavender festival we went to the Olympic Game Farm in Sequim. Its where the retired Disney Movie animals have come to live out their lives. We drove through their habitats and could feed them whole wheat bread. It was so amazing to see all these animals so up close.

It left a big smear mark on our window from its schnoz.

Lavender Festival 2015

We drove to Sequim, Washington to go to the Lavender Festival. We stopped at a culinary lavender farm. It sure smelled good. Rachel loves flowers and the color purple. It was a new, fun experience for us.

There sure were a lot of busy bees around

We headed back to  the car with some lavender honey and some lavender lemonade.
We headed to down town Sequim for the street festival. Hannah picked a strawberry shortcake treat

Ashley wanted a gyro

Rachel and Naomi wanted a strawberry lemonade slushee
