Sleepy Hollow Christmas Lights

These pictures won't mean much to some of you, but I put them up for me. There is a neighborhood near our home known as "sleepy hollow" that goes all out for Christmas. I think it might be a city ordinance that you must put up elaborate Chritmas decorations. Growing up we went here every year to see the lights. I guess it's tradition. It was so fun to take my little girls and see thier excitment at all of the lights.

Hannah liked this one because of Elmo.
And this one because of the grinch.

I liked this one because of the leg-lamp.
I hope we can go again sometime! It was so fun. Thanks, Nana and Papa for taking us to see the lights!

Knotts with the Mason's

While we were in Southern California, so were the Masons! They came up to LA and took the girls and I to Knott's Berry Farm. We had a fun day and ate Pinks hot-dogs for lunch!

These girls had so much fun with thier Grandma and Grandpa and Uncle Tim! Thanks for the fun day!

Thanksgiving 2010

I wasn't feeling great, so theses are the only pictures I took on Thanksgiving day. The girls loved having thier own special table.

They especially loved getting to drink from fancy cups.

And that they got to eat pickles and olives for dinner.
Even though we really missed Dan, it was so nice to get to spend Thanksgiving with my family. I do regret not taking more pictures (I knew I would!), but all in all it was a very happy Thanksgiving.

Fun With the Conley's

Since the wedding was so close to Thanksgiving, the girls and I stayed for a while. My girls had such a good time. I think they were a bit spoiled by thier Nana.
Here is Hannah enjoying her breakfast, a show, and some snuggles.
Both the girls loved playing with Jake the dog. Here they are playing in my dad's truck. Jake put up with all the attention really well. See him under Hannah's blanket? With all those pink stuffed animals?

The girls had so much fun playing in my dad's truck. They loved the sunshine and that they could play outside without me right by thier side.

A New Sister

Waaay back in November my little brother, Jereme, got married to a wonderful girl, Christy. My girls and I got to go down to LA for the wedding while my sweet husband stayed behind to work.
The wedding was in the San Diego temple and it was raining like crazy. I didn't get one picture. Here are the 4 siblings at the reception.
Hannah and Rachel were troppers! They were dragged around for days, cooped up in cars, had to sleep in unfamiliar beds, made to stay up way too late, and they did awesome!
By the time the reception was in full swing this sweet girl was in need of some attention from me, so I didn't get many pictures of the reception.

This is the only picture I got of Christy--I'm sad I didn't get any of the Jereme and Christy together, but I do love this one (even though it's dark and there are chairs all over). Christy and Jereme were both beaming. They looked like they were in heaven. I'm so glad I got to be there to meet Christy and to welcome her to the family.
