BBQ and Badminton

We went to a BBQ and Badminton party hosted by the Young family from church. We all had so much fun.

Brother Young played with the kids so we could play badminton.

Then Brother Young came and dominated on his home court.
What a fun time. Thanks Youngs!

Tacoma Rainers Game

For Father's Day Dan took us to a baseball game to see the Tacoma Rainer's. It was a great way to celebrate Dan.
The girls really liked cheering for the team.

In between cheering they entertained themselves.

We were seated in the family section and no one seemed bothered by the girls. In fact, they weren't even the most rowdy children there, so I wasn't too worried.

During the 5th inning they let the children run on the field and follow the mascot. Dan and the girls loved it.

We had a great time. Thanks, Dan!

Mariners Game

For Dan's birthday we went to a Mariners game.

At the children's play area Rachel stayed pretty close to me while Hannah played on the structures.

When Hannah was little she used to ask us for "rickolish"
so now we always get some at the baseball game.

This girl loves hot dogs.

We got to wish Dan a happy birthday on the big screen! 30 is a pretty special birthday, after all.

Rachel was on the look-out for airplanes.

Dan with his girls.
Happy Birthday Dan! We hope it was a good one!

Baseball Game

It was Mormon night at AT&T Park. And Luckily for Hannah, they had a little carnival right outside the park. Here she is riding the carousel.

They even had pony rides!

Go Giants!
Hannah did great at the game--we stayed until the last pitch was thrown and she was so good!

Here she is in the mini ball park hitting a home run!

Mariners Game

We went to the Mariners game a few weeks ago. I think it was Rachels first baseball game.

When we got to the game the play area was closed because it was raining. Hannah was so sad. A nice woman who worked at the stadium saw how sad she was and got her a little cupcake to cheer her up. Later the play area opened up and Hannah had so much fun playing on all the slides.

The girls got some hot-dogs

Rachel liked the cracker-jacks.

Rachel was a good little clapper and cheered lots.

Us with the moose.
We had a great time at the game. Dan won some tickets for us to see the new Shrek movie and the Mariners scored an outrageous number of runs.

Angels Game

Dan and I left the girls with my parents and went to an Angels game. Thanks Mom and Dad :)

It was Dan's first time to Angels Stadium and it was hat night. Hooray! Sadly, they lost. But we had a great time anyway. Go Angels!

Happy Birthday Dan

Yesterday was Dan's birthday. We went to a Seahawks game on Saturday to celebrate. We got great seats and had a really fun time. Hannah lasted until the 3rd quarter and enjoyed the trains outside the stadium more than the actual game. She kept saying it was "loud"

I know this one is dark but it's Dan and Hannah outside the stadium. Hannah is doing the touchdown signal. :)

On Monday we opened presents. Of course, Hannah helped.

For his birthday Dan got Hannah a fisher price garage. They put it together and Hannah played with it for most of the night.

For his birthday Dan wanted a chocolate cherry cake. I really don't like cooked cherries. But since it was his birthday I made him this cake. I picked off the cherries and enjoyed the chocolate frosting. Dan and Hannah seemed to like the cherries.
