A new park in Issaquah

The city of Issaquah hosted a party for the opening of the newest park, Confluence Park. They had games, bouncy houses, music, and provided a hot dog dinner and dessert. What a great city we live in. Nana watched those girls run all over the place.

Naomi loves hot dogs
Hannah loves Cheesy Nacho chips

All the girls love soda.

Cougar Mountain Zoo with Nana

The girls took Nana to the Cougar Mountain Zoo here in Issaquah.

The girls showed Nana where the magical fairies live.

It looks like 2 of the girls found bird feathers.

The girls saw the tiger get a drink from his pool.

Gene Coulon Park

We went to Gene Coulon Beach Park with Nana to meet cousin Eli for a picnic at the beach/park.

Eli had a little train hat to protect his cute, hairless head

Cousin Eli sure is growing big. He and Naomi wear the same size diapers.

Issaquah Trolley

Nana came for a visit. The girls had lots of fun with her. We went to the Issaquah train park and museum to ride a trolley. We rode down the tracks, across Front St (our little main street) and stopped behind the Darigold Butter plant. Then we turned around and came back the same way. It was a great ride.

The conductor punched our tickets.
Naomi's waiting for the toot, toot.
The conductor told us all about the trolley.

What a fun little ride.
