Stanford Fun

On our visit we took a couple of visits to Stanford University. We went up the Hoover Tower, to the Rodin sculpture garden, to the church, to the Stanford Family mausoleum, saw the Stanford Band, and went to a BYU Stanford men's volleyball game.

Joseph Ashley and I went to the BYU Men's volleyball game

We were too close to the action. Ashley got nailed in the face with a stray ball
Joseph really wanted to play with the ball

Yeah, BYU won,but we still love Stanford and its beautiful campus too.

San Francisco

For midwinter break, we headed to Grandma and Grandpa's house we go...
We spent a busy exciting day in San Francisco.

We picked up some burritos from the mission district to eat at the park

And some yummy pastries from SF's best French Bakery, La Tartine.

Feasting at Mission Dolores Park, our favorite spot in the city.

Just like his daddy, Joseph loves burritos

What a view from the park. We saw some Golden State Warriors basketball players hanging out at the park

Then we headed to Coit Tower

The windy, beautiful view from the top

Then we headed for some ice cream treats at Ghirardelli Square

Joseph loves ice cream like his momma

Then we drove down Lombard St. The steepest, curviest street there is.

Lombard St Selfie!

All tuckered out after such a busy, fantastic day!
