I went to a FDA teacher training in Kansas City for 5 days. I feasted upon Kansas City BBQ each night at a different great place. Great ribs, brisket, and burnt ends. I visited the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum, The Jazz Museum, the National WW1 museum, the College Basketball hall of fame after work each evening. It was a yummy, yummy trip.
