Super Bowl 2019

Last year I was in Alaska and missed the Superbowl and Hannah's birthday. This year we had a great time together. We made brownie footballs and football cake pops, jello jigglers in football shapes and a muffuletta sandwich. Yummy fun. Too bad the Rams forgot to show up for the game.

Ahoy Alaska

I traveled to Girdwood Alaska on Superbowl Sunday to attend a Seafood Conference.

Superbowl Sunday! (And Hannah's birthday)

Wahoo! The best day of the year! Superbowl Sunday! Oh yeah, it was also Hannah's birthday. Good thing we celebrated it the day before as shown in the previous post. Our little Hannah's a big 10 year old now.

We went to our friends house to watch the Falcons blow the 28-3 lead to the Patriots. What a fun time.

 We went out toour car with 10 inches of snow on it.It took us 30 minutes to crawl home through the snow down the mountain, but we made it home in time for cake and ice cream.

We came to the Bay Area just a few days after the Superbowl was hosted just 15 miles from Grandpa and Grandma's home. I can't believe we missed it. I took Joseph to the 49ers Stadium for his first visit.

One day we'll get to go to a game together.

Joseph's First Super Bowl

Joseph watched his first Super Bowl with his daddy. Too bad it was such a terrible game. But it sure was fun to watch the game with my little son. The girls enjoyed the jello jiggler footballs and the blue rice krispy football treats.

The Chicken Bowl

Happy Superbowl Sunday! My dad and I went to the Chicken Bowl (Foster Farms Bowl) at the 49ers new stadium to cheer on Stanford. It was just as cold as Candlestick and just as fun. Thanks Grandpa!

We had a delicious Carne Asada torta

Stanford whooped them 45-21. What a fun game and a great time with my dad.
